A. Binding Terms and Conditions
The establishment of an account and/or the participation in any Games2money.com game or tournament confirms your acknowledgement of and agreement to be bound by Games2money.com's Terms and Conditions. B. Entire Agreement

If it is discovered that any user has circumvented this limitation Games2money.com has the right to consolidate multiple accounts at any time in order to bring the user into compliance with this limitation.

F. Submissions
You agree that any information (photos, questions, game suggestions, tournament processes, etc.) you may submit to Games2money.com will become the sole property of Games2money.com Unless conveyed to you in writing by Games2money.com no information submitted by you will be subject to any confidentiality agreement. You agree that all submissions will become the exclusive property of Games2money.com without any compensation accruing to you.

A. Leader Board and High Scores Tables
At the conclusion of each tournament, Games2money.com will list the Public Nicknames of the top scorers. Also we will regularly update the site's high scorer tables.

B. Winner Determination
Winners of various Games2money.com's contests and tournaments shall be determined by the scoring processes related to the contest and tournament stipulated on the Site and defined by Games2money.com

C. Odds of Winning
As the results of the contests and tournaments offered at Games2money.com are directly depend upon the skill level of each particular contest or tournament participants, it is impossible to accurately access individual odds of winning. While the prize amount of all cash prize limited tournaments are disclosed at the outset of each tournament, prize amounts of the cash prize progressive tournaments will be subject to the number of participants in each particular tournament. Prizes (generally cash) are deposited directly into winners' accounts and become available within twenty (20) minutes from the tournament's conclusion on.

D. Tournament Guidelines and Descriptions

By establishing an account or participating in any contest or tournament offered by Games2money.com, you hold Games2money.com invulnerable to any loss, damage, injury resulted from use, access, or attempts of misuse or unauthorized access to Games2money.com. You also agree that Games2money.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from downloading or other ways of reviewing any information from Games2money.com. You further agree that Games2money.com is not liable for any damages to your personal computer resulting from any attempts to access Games2money.com.

In case the game delivery and completion fails by any reason, then, after evaluating the cause of the failure and determining with certainty that the responsibility for the failure falls completely within the realm of control of Games2money.com, Games2money.com has the option (but not the obligation) to refund your account up to the equivalent in cash fees paid by you to join the particular contest or tournament.

B. No Warranty
All goods and services provided on Games2money.com are delivered "as is," without a warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Games2money.com reserves the right to terminate your account or decline the limit of your participation in any tournament for any reason, including, but not limited to, excessive technical failures, suspected fraud, the posting of objectionable material, or a breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

D. Credit Card Use
You agree that Games2money.com is not liable for any loss caused by any unauthorized use of your credit card or any other method of payment by a third party in connection with Games2money.com. Any attempt to defraud Games2money.com through the use of credit cards or other methods of payment, regardless of the outcome, or any failure by you to honor legitimate charges or requests for payment will result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any prizes to which you are otherwise entitled, and civil and/or criminal prosecution.

E. Anti-Hacking Policy
Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to Games2money.com's systems or any account, interfere with procedures or performance of Games2money.com, to make use of any third party or external program, to alter the outcome or performance of a game, or to deliberately damage or undermine Games2money.com is subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution and will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any prizes and/or deposits to which you are otherwise entitled.

F. Account User Restrictions
As the holder of your account, you are solely responsible for all obligations and are entitled to all benefits thereof, and may not allow any other person to access your account, access Games2money.com, accept any winnings, or participate in any tournament by using your account information. Your account is not transferable to any other person.
